Oh, Cooper.

January 21, 2010.

I think my dog is dead. or stolen.
My heart is sad.

Last night.

9 p.m. I came home last night from Bible Study and I think he ran out of the garage without us realizing it.
11 p.m. When we went to bed...we couldn't find him.
12 p.m. Jer went driving around to find him. No luck.

Today.

8 a.m. Cooper was not barking at the door.
10 a.m. Me, Jax, Maddox went driving around to find him. No luck.
4:30 p.m. Still no Cooper.

Pray that if he was stolen, his new, mean, thief family will treat him well.
Pray that if he got hit, that he is not suffering.
Pray that I can get it together. :(

I'll tell you a couple stories about him for your reading pleasure.

When Jaxson was little, he use to turn around in circles at the back door if he wanted to go outside because that is what Cooper would do. Smart teacher, smart student.

Cooper always got to sleep in our room if I was drying laundry when we went to bed because he is scared of the washing and drying machines. He is also scared of storms. Sweet puppy.

We got Cooper when he was two. He is now five.

When Jaxson first started calling Cooper by name, he called him "tooper," then it evolved into "pooper" (fitting.), and finally..."cooper."

If he comes home, I will love him better.

This breaks my heart. I can't imagine how I'd feel if our little Cooper disappeared. I'll be praying for you and the boys and for Cooper to come home!

oh Morgan! This makes me so sad. I too am very attached to our little Yorkie so I can only imagine what you are going through. I am so sorry! Will be praying. God cares about EVERY detail of our lives so he cares about this too! I pray you have resolution to the situation soon and that he shows up at your door safe and sound! love you!

I'm so sorry Morgan! My stomach is in knots thinking about that. I hope he comes back home on his own - or someone finds him and brings him back soon.

Thank you sweet friends. I think we are going to put up fliers today or tomorrow. Dumb? Am I in denial?
